Deep Down
A cataclysmic eruption
Along the refractions
Of a distant equinox
A vicious battle
Of fear
Over favour
A greed
Of serpent like
Survival
Cold in movement
And distant
To the touch
With a message
Of caution
For the future
Echoing
In deep tunnels
Through worlds
Long forgotten
