Night Shift
Some people say
Look upon others
In shallow judgement
Believe they are wiser
Than true
In evening
To be solitary
Alone
Like the moon
On an elegant night
The sky a canvas
That never argues
Politics or
Views
I light
A cigarette
And create
The clouds
In silence
Where words
Fill the void
The empty
Spaces in-between
The known
Universe
And my
Soul
