Three regrets
There are three things
I’ve wished I’ve done
when I was young:
Trying on
my favorite aunt’s
hot pink stilettos,
Getting a big, long hit
of frozen Oregon weed
from an apple bong,
and—
not tasting your lower lip,
then sucking your whole mouth
the first moment
that we, our eyes met,
so long ago.
