Emmanuel Spain (E-Man for short) was good friends with my little brother growing up; still is. He was around our house so much, he became like a brother to me; still is. My parents loved him as well. So he became family; still is. Now we’re all older and have our own lives. Our own families, hopes, dreams, struggles. Brother Spain now owns and operates E-Man Landscaping LLC. He does work in both Louisiana and Texas. He and his beautiful wife also have a child on the way. I spoke to him on the phone a couple of days ago for the first time in a long while. It was as if nothing had changed. We laughed, spoke about old times, good memories, and congratulated each other on our life’s endeavors.
